F-R Racing Drivers Qualify for iRacing Class C License

F-R Racing is proud to announce that drivers D.J. Fluck and Erik Richardson have qualified for the iRacing Class C license for oval tracks. “The amount of progress Erik and I have made in less than six months of training is a lot to be proud of.” said D.J. Fluck, driver and Co-Owner. “We’re continuing to train and specialize now, which will be very important to the success of our Wednesday Night Dash series.”

“I’m thrilled to be up to the C license for both oval and road this quick,” said Erik Richardson, Co-Owner and driver. “My next goal will be to continue building race experience in the unranked series that are offered and then work on increasing my iRating.”

iRacing uses a licensing system for four categories, dirt oval, dirt road course, road course, and oval tracks. In addition, the iRacing class system of Rookie, D, C, B, A, and Pro help drivers develop their skills. Drivers are graded based on time on the track, and more importantly, the driver’s “Safety Rating”. Therefore, F-R Racing will next be focusing on the road course class D license.

About F-R Racing

F-R Racing started in July of 2021 by two long-time friends who had racing in their blood, but no funding or experience. The creation of the iRacing platform created an opportunity for the dream to become reality. The team prides itself on transparency and sharing what goes well and also what isn’t going well. The team is developing the guide to starting and developing a race team to inspire anyone who has the dream.
