2022 Talladega Nascar Race, Formula 1 in Singapore, and the Chicago Cubs?
Erik and D.J. are back and kick off the show by talking about the 2022 Talladega Nascar Race (all three including the Truck, Xfinity, and NASCAR Cup Series). We highlight the three races, a first-time winner, and the lack of a true Talladega “big one” (crash).
Before that, we make a special announcement about the next race of the Wednesday Night Dash ARCA League series race and how the Concord race can’t happen. Instead, we’re moving to a legendary track… Moving on, Formula 1 is brought up and the wet conditions of Singapore are discussed. We also talk about the fact Max Verstappen DIDN’T win.
Closing out the episode we talk about how it was a pure coincidence we both were wearing Chicago Cubs gear and how chaotic the Chicago NASCAR street race will be for the city next year.
