Indy Month – GT Podcast

F-R Racing's Garage Talk Logo

Erik and D.J. are back and have a little bit of a camera issue at the beginning followed by questions if we actually introduced ourselves and the show or not. No Wednesday Night Dash, but we discuss the week in motorsports and the kickoff of Indy Month!

Azerbaijan F1 Recap, NASCAR at Dover, Kicking off Indy Month

We start off this episode by introducing the show, then forgetting if we introduced the show after our impromptu camera positioning changes and tribute to Wayne’s World. Once the show is actually underway, we talk about the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, Ocon’s near incident with the group of reporters on the track during the race, and give a brief look ahead to Miami.
Next, we talk about the weekend for NASCAR at Dover with the Truex brothers sweep, a rainout on Sunday, and Ross Chastain being Ross Chastain. We look at the new releases to the NASCAR Top 75 drivers, and some of the parody accounts releasing their own including “Guy who stole Talladega Pace Car in the 80s”.
We close out the show talking about IndyCar at Barber and how it’s time for our favorite month of the year, Indy Month! The festivities kick off next week with the Grand Prix, and then the 107th Indianapolis 500 events kick off. There will be a lot of great content available in the second half of the month.
