Over the weekend we hosted the inaugural AFSP Charity Event race with WJ Muhlfeld Motorsports, Xtreme Scoring and Timing, Apex Racing TV, and our good friends at Extreme Simracing. It was a great time and we’ve raised $1350 for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention! We talk that, mental health, and recap Wednesday Night Dash and the iRacing Daytona 24 on this week’s F-R Racing’s Garage Talk!

On this week’s episode of @frracingonline ‘s Garage Talk Garage Talk, Erik and D.J. recap the wild finish to Wednesday Night Dash at Talladega Superspeedway and the first dual podium for the team since fall of 2022. Next we move on and recap the 2024 iRacing Daytona 24 hour race. F-R Racing had two entries into the event, a GTP car on Friday night’s session and the LMP2 entry during the Saturday/Sunday session.

Finally, we discuss this weekend’s AFSP 200 charity race where we hope to raise a minimum of $2500 for suicide prevention. We have a very serious discussion about how mental health and how this cause is very important and very personal for both of us. If you need help, dial 988 for help.

Because of the IndyCar announcement, we’ll be revamping this league and moving it to Stadium Scene TV! You can still register here, but we’ll have more details coming very soon! The plan is to start racing around February 20th.
